1. Preparing the cake crust
butter biscuits 5 oz (140 g)
Smash the biscuits in food processor or by using a rolling-pin.
unsalted butter 2.75 oz (75 g)
Mix with soft butter.
This homogeneous mass put to the bottom of baking tin which is brushed with butter (diameter 20cm)
chicken egg 3 ks • mascarpone 8.75 oz (250 g) • cream curd cheese 8.75 oz (250 g) • sugar granulated 5 oz (140 g) • vanilla sugar 1.25 oz (36 g) • lemon peel 1 ČL • lemon-juice 1 PL • salt 1 ŠŤ • vanilla pudding - powder 2 PL
Prepare eggs, mascarpone cheese, soft curd cheese, sugar, juice and peel of a lemon, salt, pudding in to a bigger bowl.
Pour this filling to the biscuit crust.
Bake in heated oven for 10 minutes, the highest heat, then reduce the temperature to the lowest and bake for another 50-60 minutes. The cheesecake will seem a bit liquid after baking, but after a while it will thicken. Leave it cool in room temperature
