whole milk 3.5%1.25quart1200milliliters

 

Recipe

1. 

potatoes 1.1 lb (500 g)

Wash the potatoes, cook with peel, cool in cold water and peel.

Mash the potatoes in a deep bowl.

whole milk 3.5% 1.25 quart (1200 ml)  salt 0.5 tsp  chicken egg 2 pcs

Add milk, salt and eggs. Blend with an immersion blender.

Add cleaned, crushed garlic...

...and chopped fresh basil.

Bake pancakes from the dough on a dry pan.
