Strawberries dessert with mascarpone

Delicious cake from puff pastry with filling from mascarpone and decorated with fresh strawberries.

1. Preparation of puff pastry

flour fine 8.75 oz (250 g)  chicken egg 2 pcs  sugar granulated 1.75 oz (50 g)  salt  butter 3.5 oz (100 g)

Work the puff pastry from flour, softened butter, eggs, sugar and a pinch of salt. Let it rest in the cold place for about 15 minutes.

chicken egg 3 pcs  sugar granulated 7 oz (200 g)

In a bowl beat eggs and sugar into foam.

whole milk 3.5% 1.7 lb (750 g)  vanilla pod 1 pc

Heat milk in a pot, add vanilla beans from vanilla pod.


flour fine 3.5 oz (100 g)

Stir eggs with sugar in the warm milk. At the end pour in flour through a sieve. Cook dense gruel.


mascarpone 8.75 oz (250 g)

Mix mascarpone with the gruel.


Gradually press the dough into the cake form. Pour mascarpone filling on top of the cake base.


Bake for 40 minutes at 180 °C.


strawberries 5.25 oz (150 g)

Let the dessert cool and decorate it with slices of fresh strawberries.
