Puff Stacks with Strawberry Cream
Recipe for sweet puff stack from puff pastry filled with cream of cream cheese, mascarpone and strawberries.

whipping cream (30-33% fat) | 8.75 | oz | 250 | grams |
Recipe

puff pastry 1.1 lb (500 g)
Roll out puff pastry into thickness 4 mm. Cut out discs 10 cm diameter and place on the tray covered with baking paper.

Bake for 10 - 15 minutes at 170 °C.

mascarpone 8.75 oz (250 g) • cream stabilizer 1 pc • lemon peel 1 tsp • strawberries 5.25 oz (150 g) • powdered sugar 2 tbsp
Add mascarpone, sugar, cream fix, lemon zest and chopped strawberries.

Blend until strawberries slightly dye cream to pink.

powdered sugar 1 tsp
Cut the cooled puff stacks in hafl horizontally and fill with the cream. Serve sprinkled with icing sugar.
