Puff Stacks with Strawberry Cream

    

Recipe for sweet puff stack from puff pastry filled with cream of cream cheese, mascarpone and strawberries.

whipping cream (30-33% fat)8.75oz250grams

1. 

puff pastry 1.1 lb (500 g)

Roll out puff pastry into thickness 4 mm. Cut out discs 10 cm diameter and place on the tray covered with baking paper.

2. 

Bake for 10 - 15 minutes at 170 °C.

whipping cream (30-33% fat) 8.75 oz (250 g)

Whip whipping cream into firm peaks.

mascarpone 8.75 oz (250 g)  cream stabilizer 1 pc  lemon peel 1 tsp  strawberries 5.25 oz (150 g)  powdered sugar 2 tbsp

Add mascarpone, sugar, cream fix, lemon zest and chopped strawberries.

5. 

Blend until strawberries slightly dye cream to pink.

6. 

powdered sugar 1 tsp

Cut the cooled puff stacks in hafl horizontally and fill with the cream. Serve sprinkled with icing sugar.
