Lay on a baking tin layer of biscuits.
Mix pudding powder with milk in a bowl.
Heat milk in a pot. When the milk is hot, add sugar and prepared mixture of powder and milk. Stir constantly to prepare a dense pudding.
Pour pudding on bottom biscuits layer and equally spread over the whole surface.
Beat cream, stabilizer and sugar into stiff whipped cream.
Spread whipped cream over the layer of well-chilled pudding.
Put again layer of biscuits on top. Interesting enrichment would be using of cocoa biscuits.
