No-bake cremesh

     

Simple receipt for a cremesh from biscuits, pudding and whipped cream.

1. 

biscuits 9.25 oz (260 g)

Lay on a baking tin layer of biscuits.

2. 

vanilla pudding - powder 7 oz (200 g)  whole milk 3.5% 250 ml

Mix pudding powder with milk in a bowl.

3. 

whole milk 3.5% 1 l  sugar granulated 5.25 oz (150 g)

Heat milk in a pot. When the milk is hot, add sugar and prepared mixture of powder and milk. Stir constantly to prepare a dense pudding.

4. 

Pour pudding on bottom biscuits layer and equally spread over the whole surface.

5. 

whipping cream (30-33% fat) 750 ml  cream stabilizer 1 oz (30 g)  powdered sugar 3 PL

Beat cream, stabilizer and sugar into stiff whipped cream.

6. 

Spread whipped cream over the layer of well-chilled pudding.

7. 

biscuits 4.5 oz (130 g)  biscuit cocoa 4.5 oz (130 g)

Put again layer of biscuits on top. Interesting enrichment would be using of cocoa biscuits.
