Proved recipe for delicious American cubes with whipped cream and smooth chocolate cream on top of the sweet nut cake base. I have nothing more to add .. simply yum-yum :)

whipping cream (30-33% fat)2.1cup500milliliters

 

Recipe

1. Nut cake base

egg yolk 6 pcs  powdered sugar 4.25 oz (120 g)

Beat egg yolks with sugar into foam.

2. 

egg white 6 pcs

Beat egg whites into dense foam.

3. 

walnuts 5.25 oz (150 g)  breadcrumbs 6.25 oz (180 g)

Grind the nuts and gradually blend them in the egg yolks together with smooth breadcrumbs.

At the end gently blend the egg whites foam in the dough.

unsalted butter  flour medium

Grease and flour smaller baking tin and pour the dough in. Bake in the preheated oven and let it cool.

6. Whipped cream

whipping cream (30-33% fat) 2.1 cup (500 ml)  cream stabilizer 0.5 oz (16 g)

Beat whipping cream with stabilizer and spread over the cake base.

7. Chocolate cream

chocolate dark 70% 2.75 oz (80 g)  egg white 2 pcs  powdered sugar 2 oz (60 g)

Soften chocolate over a steam. Beat egg whites with sugar into dense foam and beat the chocolate in.

Lay chocolate on the whisked cream ...

and spread it over. Place the dessert into the fridge and let it cool for a few hours. Before serving cut into cubes and serve.
