Proved recipe for delicious American cubes with whipped cream and smooth chocolate cream on top of the sweet nut cake base. I have nothing more to add .. simply yum-yum :)

1. Nut cake base
Beat egg yolks with sugar into foam.
egg white 6 pcs
Beat egg whites into dense foam.
Grind the nuts and gradually blend them in the egg yolks together with smooth breadcrumbs.
At the end gently blend the egg whites foam in the dough.
Grease and flour smaller baking tin and pour the dough in. Bake in the preheated oven and let it cool.
6. Whipped cream
Beat whipping cream with stabilizer and spread over the cake base.
7. Chocolate cream
Soften chocolate over a steam. Beat egg whites with sugar into dense foam and beat the chocolate in.
Lay chocolate on the whisked cream ...
and spread it over. Place the dessert into the fridge and let it cool for a few hours. Before serving cut into cubes and serve.
