1. 

puff pastry 14 oz (400 g)

Cut the puff pastry into halves. From each half gradually roll out the sheet of size 42x32 cm on floured board and bake the sheets on tray covered with baking paper. Take first sheet out of the tray and cut into 12 squares. Leave second baked sheet on the tray.

2. 

whole milk 3.5% 1.7 cup (400 ml)  sugar granulated 2 oz (60 g)  vanilla pudding - powder 2.75 oz (80 g)

Cook a thick custard from the milk, sugar and custard powder.

3. 

banana 14 oz (400 g)

Peel bananas and mix with hand blender.

4. 

Stir mixed banana into the custard.

5. 

jelly 0.25 oz (10 g)  water 3.25 tbsp (50 ml)

In a cup melt the gelatin in a warm water. Put teaspoon of custard-banana cream into the gelatin, blend it and pour the content of cup into the saucepan with cream. Blend and evenly spread the cream over the prepared sheet on tray. Let it cool properly.

6. 

whipping cream (30-33% fat) 2.1 cup (500 ml)  cream stabilizer 2 pk

Whisk double creams together with cream fix until stiff. Spread the whipped cream over the cream.

7. 

chocolate

Place prepared squares from first sheet of pastry on the top and using the syringe decorate with melted chocolate.

8. 

Place the dessert in fridge for 2 - 3 hours, then cut according to squares and serve.
