Soak the beans in a water a day before. Then discard the water, add fresh one and cook the beans until soft.
Add peeled, chopped small cubes of potatoes into the cooked beans. Add salt, sugar and bay leaf. Pour in water to cover the beans and potatoes. Cook all together for 15 minutes until potatoes soften.
Stir flour in a sour cream and pour into the saucepan with beans and potatoes. Cook until thicken. Remove from the flame and stir in vinegar. According to taste add salt.
Cut pork sausages lightly at the ends and alongside. On the skillet with a little oil roast it from all sides.
