Creamed White Bean with Pork Sausage

     

Popular creamed sauce from white bean. Serve with crunchy roasted pork sausages and bread.

1. 

large white bean (butter bean) 10.5 oz (300 g)  water  water 1 l

Soak the beans in a water a day before. Then discard the water, add fresh one and cook the beans until soft.

2. 

potatoes 1.1 lb (500 g)  salt 1.5 ČL  sugar granulated 1 ČL  bay leaf 3 ks  water

Add peeled, chopped small cubes of potatoes into the cooked beans. Add salt, sugar and bay leaf. Pour in water to cover the beans and potatoes. Cook all together for 15 minutes until potatoes soften.

3. 

sweet cream for cooking 500 ml  all-purpose flour / plain flour 1.75 oz (50 g)  vinegar 2 PL  salt

Stir flour in a sour cream and pour into the saucepan with beans and potatoes. Cook until thicken. Remove from the flame and stir in vinegar. According to taste add salt.

4. 

pork sausages

Cut pork sausages lightly at the ends and alongside. On the skillet with a little oil roast it from all sides.
