Peel potatoes, cut them and cook in the adequate amount of salted water.
In a deep pot, cook in oil peeled and chopped onion and garlic. Add cooked potatoes together with water in which they were cooked.

Pour the potatoes over with sweet cream for cooking.
Add sliced Camembert cheese and processed cheese. Bring to the boil.

Use a hand blender to mix the sauce, pour in milk and again bring to the boil. The sauce contains small pieces of potatoes, onion and cheese. If we want a smooth sauce, we have to strain it through a sieve.
