chicken egg 1 pc  powdered sugar 5.25 oz (150 g)  vanilla sugar 0.25 oz (8 g)  chocolate yogurt 10 tbsp (150 ml)  sunflower oil 6 tbsp (90 ml)

Whisk the egg. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, oil, yogurt and chocolate. Mix it.

all-purpose flour / plain flour 8.75 oz (250 g)  baking powder for gingerbread 0.5 oz (12 g)

Add fine flour and baking powder. Mix it

3. Before baking

Chocolate 85% 3.5 oz (100 g)

Stir chocolate pieces to the dough. Grease the muffin tin and dust it with medium flour.

Divide the dough evenly to the muffin tin. Bake for 20 min at 355°F (180°C).
