1. 

chicken egg 1 pc  sunflower oil 0.5 cup  white yogurt 1 cup  vanilla sugar 1 pk  sugar granulated 0.5 cup

Put egg, oil, yogurt, vanilla sugar and granulated sugar into the bowl. Stir them well.

2. 

all-purpose flour / plain flour 2 cups  baking powder for gingerbread 1 pk

Stir baking powder in one cup of flour and add the flour to the dough in a prescribed quantity.

3. 

raisins 0.5 cup  grated coconut 2 tbsp

Finally, add washed raisins which were soaked in a water and coconut. Stir well.

4. 

Baking- Fill the mold with dough and bake in a pre-heatedoven at a highest temperature (n.5) for 20 min. Stick toothpick into the dough to see, if it is baked. If the toothpick is dry and clean, the muffins are baked.

5. 

Remove muffins from muffin molds and serve cooled.
