Recipe

1. 

water 1.1 cup (250 ml)  olive oil 2 tbsp  sugar granulated 1 tbsp  salt 1.5 tsp  garlic 3 cloves  semi hard cheese 3 tbsp  all-purpose flour / plain flour 14 oz (400 g)  ground black pepper 0.25 tsp  basil dried 0.75 tsp  chive dried 2 tsp  ground garlic 0.75 tsp  instant yeast 2 tsp

Fluids (room temperature) + dry ingredients (pressed garlic, grated cheese) + fresh yeast, everything in this order pour into the baking pan.

2. 

Place the pan into the breadmaker, set it and start. Programme: classic (eventually other similar, declared by the manufacturer). Timing: cca 3 hours. Loaf size: 680 (700)g. Crust colour: middle dark.

After finishing let the bread cool for few minutes in baking pan, then turn it out - on the grid the best and let it cool.

4. 

Before cutting remove the kneading blade. (If you watch the programme, you can remove kneading blade after last mixing, so you can make it easier at removing from the baked loaf. However you must work quickly so already rising bread will not cool.)
