Excellent Bread from Bread Machine
Very tasty bread from your own bread mixture.

|apple cider vinegar||1||tbsp||1||tablespoon|
|semi skimmed milk 1,5%||6.75||tbsp||100||milliliters|
water 1.1 cup (250 ml) • semi skimmed milk 1,5% 6.75 tbsp (100 ml) • olive oil 2 tbsp • apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp • salt 2 tsp • sugar granulated 1 tsp • all-purpose flour / plain flour 10.5 oz (300 g) • wholemeal flour 8.5 oz (240 g) • sunflower seeds 2 tbsp • wheat bran 1 tbsp • ground caraway 0.5 tsp • instant yeast 3 tsp
Pour the ingredients into the pan of the bread machine in the following order: liquid (in room temperature)+ dry ingredients + fresh yeast. Place the pan in the bread machine, select the setting and press Start.

We can bake the bread from the following mixture also in the oven when we manually knead the dough and allow it to rise.
Once the bread is done, allow it to cool in the pan for a few minutes, then remove the bread to cool completely, the best on a wire rack. Remove the kneading blade and slice the bread.
Removing kneading blade from the finished bread can be quite difficult and once you remove it, it will make a hole in the bread. Therefore, if you are in the kitchen, remove the kneading blade before the last rise and bake the bread without it.
