Easy cake measured in cups with an option to vary the flavours, it can be baked in the bread machine.

1. 

chicken egg 2 pcs  sugar granulated 0.75 cup  sunflower oil 0.25 cup  semi skimmed milk 1,5% 1 cup  vanilla sugar 1 pk  flour medium 2 cups  baking powder for gingerbread 0.5 pk

Beat eggs with sugar. Stir in sunflower oil, milk and vanilla sugar. At the end stir in flour with baking powder.

Remove kneading blade from the pan of the bread machine. Pour the dough in the pan.

The cake has several variations, we can either add small pieces of chocolate, coconut, raisins or other dried fruit dipped in water before using it, poppy seeds, ground walnuts, cocoa powder,...

Select the setting: Baking and press Start. Once the cake is done, allow it to cool in the pan for a few minutes, then remove it to cool completely.

5. Offered option

This option will save us one dirty pan and wooden spoon, but it will not save us time and energy.
Put all the ingredients in the pan of the bread machine, leave the kneading blade in and select the setting: Quick program, or similar one provided by the manufacturer. Once the cake is done and cold, carefully remove the kneading blade.

Spread jam over the cake layers and place bananas cut into rounds.

semi skimmed milk 1,5%  vanilla pudding - powder  sugar granulated

Cook denser pudding from milk, pudding powder, and sugar. Use a spoon and carefully layer pudding on bananas. Allow it to cool.

8.

Decorate with whipped cream.
