Recipe

1. Preparation of dry mixture

flour medium 12.25 oz (350 g)  powdered sugar 5.25 oz (150 g)  baking powder for gingerbread 0.25 oz (8 g)

Mix flour with sugar and baking powder.

Preparation of dry mixture

2. Preparation of liquid mixture

dry curd cottage 1.7 lb (750 g)  chicken egg 4 pcs  semi skimmed milk 1,5% 2.1 cup (500 ml)  sugar granulated 1.5 oz (40 g)

Stir well cream cheese, eggs, milk, and sugar.

3. Layers

unsalted butter

Grease baking tin with butter. Evenly spread one-half of the dry mixture.

Pour liquid mixture to the dry mixture.

Place sterilized plums or other fruit on top, to your taste.

6. 

Evenly sprinkle second half of the dry mixture.

7. 

unsalted butter 3.5 oz (100 g)

Coarsely grate butter on top of the last layer.

8. 

Bake for 30-40 minutes in preheated oven at 355°F (180°C).
