Recipe

meal 10.5 oz (300 g)  ground walnuts 10.5 oz (300 g)  powdered sugar 5.25 oz (150 g)  unsalted butter 8.75 oz (250 g)  chicken egg 1 pc  baking powder for gingerbread 1 tsp

Give flour, nuts, sugar into the bowl, add chopped butter, eggs and baking powder.

Knead the dough.

Roll the dough on baking paper to a sheet size of 34x38 cm.

Put it together with baking paper on the baking sheet.

Whip egg yolks with sugar.

Add curd cheese and mix well.

Let it bake in the oven for 10 minutes.

Let it cool well and cut it when the cake is harden. It tastes best if it rest overnight in the refrigerator.
