1. Dough preparation
Work the smooth dough from all the ingredients.
Use a rolling pin to spread the dough on floured board until it is about 1/2 cm thin.
Cut small squares out of the dough and place a little bit of filling in each one.
Shape the squares with filling into small rolls.
Brush the rolls with melted butter and then with egg yolk so that they are nice and golden. Bake them in greased baking tin in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
6. Filling preparation
Put in a pot water with sugar, bring it to boil and add ground walnuts or poppy seeds and one tablespoon of jam. We can also fill the rolls with filling from cream cheese with raisins.
Sprinkle rolls with sugar and serve.
