1. Dough

acidified milk 3.6% 1.05 quart (1000 ml)  sunflower oil 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)  powdered sugar 6.25 oz (180 g)  vanilla sugar 0.75 oz (20 g)  flour medium 15.75 oz (450 g)  bicarbonate 2 tsp  ground poppy seeds 3.5 oz (100 g)

Pour oil into the acidified milk, add icing and vanilla sugar, semi-coarse flour and blend well. Add baking soda and blend the mixture properly again. Finally stir in poppy seed.

Dough

unsalted butter  flour medium  plum jam

Grease the baking tray with butter and dust with flour. Pour in the dough and evenly spread it. With the spoon place regularly mass of plum jam over the dough.

Bake in preheated oven at 345°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes. Try whether the cake is done by piercing of skewer inside. After taking out the end of skewer must not be sticky to the touch.
