unsalted butter-

Recipe

1. 

raisins 1 cup

Put the raisins in a bowl and wash them.

2. 

walnuts 1 cup

Chop the nuts.

3. 

semolina 3 cups  acidified milk 3.6% 3 cups  sunflower oil 0.5 cup  sugar granulated 1.25 cup  cocoa powder 2 tbsp  bicarbonate 1 tsp

Put semolina into a bowl, add milk, oil, sugar, cocoa and baking soda. Mix well.

Add rosins and nuts.

5.

Pour the dough into a baking sheet (25x40 cm) spreaded with butter and sprinkled with semolina. Bake in a preheated oven at 670°F (355°C)F (355°F (180°C)) for about 20 minutes. With the help of a wooden skewer, you can find out whether the cake is baked, by sticking it into the cake and after removing, there is no sticky dough left at the end.
