Recipe

1. 

semi skimmed milk 1,5% ¾ cup (200 ml)  sugar granulated 1 tsp  flour medium 1 tsp  fresh yeast 1.5 oz (42 g)

Mix sugar, flour and crumbled yeast in warm milk. Let the yeast rise.

2. 

flour medium 2.6 lb (1200 g)  chicken egg 2 pcs  unsalted butter 3.5 oz (100 g)  yoghurt natural 1.1 lb (500 g)  sugar granulated 0.75 oz (20 g)  salt

Put flour into a bowl, add eggs, melted butter, yogurt, sugar and a pinch of salt.

3. 

semi skimmed milk 1,5%

Add the yeast and milk as needed (about 200 ml). Mix the dough and let it rise under a clean cloth.

4. 

walnuts 8.75 oz (250 g)  sugar granulated 2.75 oz (80 g)

Grind the nuts and mix with the sugar.

5. 

raisins 3.5 oz (100 g)  soft curd 1.1 lb (500 g)  vanilla sugar 1 oz (25 g)

Wash the raisins, mix with cream curd and sugar.

6. 

apples 1.1 lb (500 g)  sugar granulated 1.75 oz (50 g)

Peel the apples, grate them and mix with the sugar.

7. 

fruit jam 12.25 oz (350 g)

Open a bottle of homemade jam.

8. 

flour medium

Knead the dough in parts. Roll out the dough on a floured board to a thickness of about 1 cm. Cut larger wheels.

9. 

chicken egg 2 pcs

Put the wheels on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and spread with a beaten egg.

10. 

Put and combine fillings according to taste in the middle of the wheels. Eg: cream curd with raisins and jam, ...

11. 

... jam sprinkled with nuts ...

12. 

ground cinnamon

... apples with cinnamon, cream curd with raisins and jam, ... nuts with apples and cream curd with raisins etc. Bake in a preheated oven.

13. 

Serve cooled cakes on large trays.
