Peel potatoes, cut into the cubes and let it cook in sweet-salty water.

Pour drained cannellini sterilised beans into the cooked potatoes.
Add 3/4 of prepared milk and bring soup to a boil.
Sprinkle the soup with caraway. Stir the flour in remaining milk and add thickening paste into the soup. Reboil, remove from flame and stir one by one of tablespoon of vinegar into the soup to taste. Soup can be also seasoned with sugar to taste.
