Milk soup of green beans with potatoes. Season the soup with vinegar or lemon juice.

whole milk 3.5%2.1cup500milliliters

1. Cooking potatoes

potatoes 14 oz (400 g)  water 1.1 cup (250 ml)  salt 1 tsp

Brush potatoes, cut into a smaller cubes and put into the salty water to cook. Cook until soft approx. 15-20 minutes.

green beans 14 oz (400 g)  sugar granulated 1 tsp

Wash the beans, cut into smaller pieces and cook in salt water for about 10 minutes. Strain. Add the green beans to the potatoes. Sweeten finely. (Sterilized or frozen beans can be used for soup).

3. 

whole milk 3.5% 2.1 cup (500 ml)  all-purpose flour / plain flour 2 tbsp

Mix the flour in the milk.

4. 

cream (fat 10-12%) 2.1 cup (500 ml)

Add the roux to the vegetables, add the cream and overcook.
