Reverse Butter Chicken Thighs

     

Tasty chicken thighs in reverse butter triple coat. Served with mashed potatoes.

chicken thigh quarters 2.6 lb (1200 g)  salt

Wash the chicken thighs, remove skin and season them with salt.

breadcrumbs

Cover the thighs with breadcrumbs,...

chicken egg 3 pcs  salt ½ tsp

...beaten salted egg...

flour fine

...and flour.

rapeseed oil

Saute thighs in oil...

unsalted butter 5.25 oz (150 g)  water 200 ml

...and place them in the baking tin. Pour them over with melted butter and pour water into the baking tin.

7. 

Bake covered at 355°F (180°C) for about one hour. Then uncover, turn the heat on and bake for 15 more minutes.
