Recipe

1. Cheese filling

Feta cheese 7 oz (200 g)  Gouda cheese 7 oz (200 g)  chicken egg 1 pc  oregano 1 tsp

Crush the cheese with a fork in a deep plate. Add grated gouda, eggs, oregano and stir the filling.

2.

Wash the chicken breasts, cut and pound from both sides. Put an appropriate amount of filling in the middle of each meat.

3. Wrapping the meat

Wrap the meat and thread it crosswise.

4. 

all-purpose flour / plain flour

Coat each peaces of meat in flour.

5. Stewing

olive oil 3.25 tbsp (50 ml)  water

Heat the oil in a pan and put the meat in it. Salt, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. If necessary, you can add a few tablespoons of water.

6. 

Turn the meat and stew for 15 minutes covered.

7. Sauce

semi skimmed milk 1,5% ¾ cup (200 ml)

Remove the meat from the pan. Add milk and overcook.

8. 

sweet cream for cooking 10 tbsp (150 ml)  all-purpose flour / plain flour 1 tbsp  oregano 1 tsp

Mix flour and oregano in the cream and pour to the sauce base in a pan. Overcook.

9. 

Remove the threads from the meat and put the chicken pieces in the hot sauce.

10. Serve

Serve with baked potatoes, french fries, rice or pasta.
