Gently pound the chicken cutlets. Prepare marinade from yoghurt, eggs, salt and grill seasoning and marinate the cutlets in the cold place for few hours.
Remove cutlets from marinade but try to keep as much marinade on each cutlet as possible, and gradually lay them in the bread crumbs.
Coat them from both sides and heat oil in a pan.
Fry the cutlets, serve them with rice or potatoes.
