Baked gnocchi with chicken

Potato Gnocchi recipe 14 oz (400 g)

Cook potato gnocchi according to package instructions or prepare them according to the recipe from our web page. Rinse gnocchi under cold water and drain them.

chicken breasts 10.5 oz (300 g)  soy sauce 1 tbsp  ground black pepper 1 tsp  vegetable salt 1 tsp  grill seasoning 1 tsp  sunflower oil 1 tbsp

Prepare the marinade as follows: mix in a large bowl oil, ground black pepper, vegetable salt (vegeta, podravka), grill seasoning and soy sauce. Place the chicken breasts cut into strips into marinade, mix it well and let it rest in the cold place.

3. 

smoked bacon 3.5 oz (100 g)

Cut smoked bacon into small cubes. Cook cubes of bacon in a pan.

Add marinated chicken to the rendered bacon and saute it. Then set it aside.

5. 

Spread evenly the prepared gnocchi in small baking tin.

6. 

Lay cooked meat with bacon on top of the gnocchi.

7. 

Gouda cheese 3.5 oz (100 g)  frozen green bean pods 5.25 oz (150 g)  whipping cream (30-33% fat) 200 ml  garlic 1 pinch

Spread evenly frozen green bean pods on the meat (for those who do not like green bean - you can use your favourite vegetables). Pour everything over with whipping cream mixed with pressed garlic. At the end grate semi-hard cheese.

Bake in preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
