Cut washed and drained chicken breasts into the thin slices then sprinkle with salt and black pepper.

chicken egg 1 pc • semi skimmed milk 1,5% 1.1 cup (250 ml) • vegetable salt 1 tsp • ground garlic 0.5 tsp • baking powder for gingerbread 0.25 tsp • all-purpose flour / plain flour 3.5 oz (100 g)
Into the larger bowl place egg, add milk, dried vegetable seasoning, dried garlic, baking powder and flour. Mix into the soft batter.
