Cut washed and drained chicken breasts into the thin slices then sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
Coat the nuggets with flour.
Into the larger bowl place egg, add milk, dried vegetable seasoning, dried garlic, baking powder and flour. Mix into the soft batter.
Pour the nuggets gradually into the batter and fry in hot oil until golden.
