semi skimmed milk 1,5%1.1cup¼litre

Recipe

1. 

chicken breasts 1.1 lb (500 g)  salt  ground black pepper

Cut washed and drained chicken breasts into the thin slices then sprinkle with salt and black pepper.

2. 

all-purpose flour / plain flour

Coat the nuggets with flour.

3. 

chicken egg 1 pc  semi skimmed milk 1,5% 1.1 cup (250 ml)  vegetable salt 1 tsp  ground garlic 0.5 tsp  baking powder for gingerbread 0.25 tsp  all-purpose flour / plain flour 3.5 oz (100 g)

Into the larger bowl place egg, add milk, dried vegetable seasoning, dried garlic, baking powder and flour. Mix into the soft batter.

Pour the nuggets gradually into the batter and fry in hot oil until golden.
