1. 

chicken breasts 1.1 lb (500 g)

Prepare the meat as schnitzel, pound it.

2. 

sunflower oil 2 tbsp  whole Mustard 1 tbsp  ketchup 1 tbsp  ground garlic  ground black pepper  soy sauce 1 tsp  ground red paprika 1 pinch

Prepare a marinade from all ingredients, spread the meat on both sides with it and let it rest in the cold for about half an hour.

Fry the marinated meat.

Put the meat to a baking dish and fry the onion in the juice from the meat, sprinkle the meat with it and pour over the juice.

5. 

water 1.1 cup (250 ml)  all-purpose flour / plain flour 1 tbsp

Add water, in which you mixed a little flour. Bake for about 15 minutes in a preheated oven.

6. 

A suitable side dish can be mashed potatoes or steamed rice poured with juice from the meat and vegetables.
