Recipe

1. 

onion 2.75 oz (80 g)  potatoes 8.75 oz (250 g)  sunflower oil 1.75 tbsp (25 ml)  bay leaf 4 pcs  salt 1.5 tsp  crushed cumin 1 tsp

Clean and finely chop the onion. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Warm the oil in a pot, add the onion and fry. Add the potatoes to the onion, add the bay leaf, salt and caraway.

2. 

water 2.1 quart (2000 ml)

Add hot water and cook until the potatoes are soft.

3. 

pasta 3.5 oz (100 g)  water  salt

Cook wide noodles in a second pot with salted water.

4. 

sterilized white beans 1.1 lb (500 g)

Add sterilized white beans without pickle to the potatoes.

5. 

tomatoes 14 oz (400 g)

Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, strain the water and peel the tomatoes. Cut them into small cubes...

6. 

... and add them to the soup. Cook for a while.

7. 

chive 1 oz (30 g)

Finally, add noodles and chopped chives into the soup.
