smoked ham8.75oz250grams
water1.6quart1.5litre

 

Recipe

1. 

handful - mixture of legume 8.75 oz (250 g)

Put the mixture of legumes (white beans, colored beans, peas, lentils) and barley groats on board and check it briefly.

2. 

water 1.6 quart (1500 ml)  salt 1.5 tsp  ground black pepper 0.5 tsp  crushed cumin 0.5 tsp

Wash the legumes and cover with water. Add salt, pepper, caraway and cook for 30 minutes.

3. 

smoked ham 8.75 oz (250 g)

Cut the raw smoked ham into small cubes and add it to the soup. Cook everything together for another 30 minutes.

4. 

marjoram 1 tsp  dried onion 1 tbsp  parsley leaves

Finally add marjoram and dried onion into the soup and garnish it with chopped parsley when serving.
