Recipe

1. Onion - bacon base

onion 5.25 oz (150 g)  sunflower oil 3 tbsp  bacon strips 5.25 oz (150 g)

Clean the onion, cut it into small pieces and fry in oil. Add bacon cut into noodles and fry together for about 5 minutes.

2. 

zucchini 1.1 lb (500 g)  water 1.6 quart (1500 ml)  salt 1 tsp  ground white pepper 0.5 tsp  ground caraway 0.5 tsp

Wash the zucchini and cut it into cubes. Add to the onion and bacon, fry for a minute or two, add boiling water, salt, pepper, caraway and cook for 10-15 minutes under the cover.

3. 

sterilized white beans 1.1 lb (500 g)  parsley leaves  chive

Drain the sterilized canned white beans and add them to the zucchini. Overcook and serve the soup sprinkled with parsley or garnish with fresh chives.
