Cook potatoes in water in their skin. Pour the water off, let the potatoes cool, clean and cut into circles or chips.

onion 3.5 oz (100 g) • vinegar 3.25 tbsp (50 ml) • water 6.75 tbsp (100 ml) • sugar granulated 1 tsp • spice turmeric 1 tsp
Cut the onion into a bowl, add sugar and turmeric. Pour boiling water mixed with vinegar and boil the onion for a while.

sterilized carrot 5.25 oz (150 g) • sterilized peas 5.25 oz (150 g) • capers 0.25 oz (10 g) • salt • ground white pepper
Mix prepared potatoes, pickle, sterilized vegetables and sliced capers.

Season with salt and pepper.
