More colorful version of beans and onion with sweet carrot in reduced tomato sauce.

ground ginger1tsp1teaspoon
kidney beans10.5oz300grams
marjoram0.5tsp½teaspoon
onion2oz60grams
rapeseed oil2tbsp2tablespoon
salt0.5tsp½teaspoon
sugar granulated1tsp1teaspoon
tomato paste1.1cup250milliliters

1. 

carrots 3.5 oz (100 g)

Cut carrot into thick rounds ...

2. 

rapeseed oil 2 tbsp

and cook it in oil.

3. 

onion 2 oz (60 g)

Coarsely chop onion ...

4. 

ground black pepper 0.25 tsp

... and add it to the pan. Season with ground black pepper.

5. 

kidney beans 10.5 oz (300 g)

Wash canned kidney beans in water.

6. 

tomato paste 1.1 cup (250 ml)  marjoram 0.5 tsp  ground ginger 1 tsp  salt 0.5 tsp  sugar granulated 1 tsp

Add to the pan tomato paste, marjoram, ground ginger, sugar and salt.

7. 

Cook and stir occasionally to reduce the sauce.
