1. 

logs dried yellow peas 8.75 oz (250 g)  water 2.5 cup (600 ml)  imalayan salt 0.5 tsp

Wash the peas and boil in salt water until soft.

2. 

Mash the boiled peas.

3. 

fresh spinach leaves 7 oz (200 g)  red onion 3.5 oz (100 g)  garlic 2 cloves

Wash the spinach leaves, put in a pot and simmer briefly. Clean the onion and garlic. Finely cut the onion.

chilli pepper 0.25 tsp  ground Roman caraway spice - jeera 0.5 tsp  ground coriander spice  0.25 tsp  ground ginger 0.25 tsp  spice turmeric 0.5 tsp  unsalted butter 1 oz (25 g)

Fry the spices on butter, add the onion ...

... and pressed garlic. Fry for a while.

Add cooked peas ...

...and with wooden spoon chopped spinach. Mix and salt.
