Recipe
1.
logs dried yellow peas 8.75 oz (250 g) • water 2.5 cup (600 ml) • imalayan salt 0.5 tsp
Wash the peas and boil in salt water until soft.

Mash the boiled peas.

fresh spinach leaves 7 oz (200 g) • red onion 3.5 oz (100 g) • garlic 2 cloves
Wash the spinach leaves, put in a pot and simmer briefly. Clean the onion and garlic. Finely cut the onion.

chilli pepper 0.25 tsp • ground Roman caraway spice - jeera 0.5 tsp • ground coriander spice 0.25 tsp • ground ginger 0.25 tsp • spice turmeric 0.5 tsp • unsalted butter 1 oz (25 g)
Fry the spices on butter, add the onion ...
