Recipe for tofu with beans in tomato sauce with Indian spices. Serve with rice, fresh vegetables, or separately.

1. 

onion 3.5 oz (100 g)  coconut oil 2 tbsp

Peel onion, chop it finely and fry in oil.

2. 

white tofu 12.75 oz (360 g)

Cut tofu into smaller cubes and add to the onion.

3. 

ground Roman caraway spice - jeera 1 tsp  Garam masala spice 1 tsp  ground black pepper 0.25 tsp

Sprinkle with spices, continue with frying and stir from time to time.

4. 

red pepper 3.5 oz (100 g)

Add chopped peppers.

5. 

soy sauce 2 tbsp  lemon-juice 1 tbsp

Add soy sauce and lemon juice. Stir to coat the tofu cubes and let the remaining sauce to boil away.

6. 

white beans in tomato sauce 14 oz (400 g)  vinegar 1 tbsp  sugar granulated 1 tbsp  salt 0.5 tsp

Add the beans in tomato sauce. Season with sugar, vinegar and salt.

7. 

Cook and stir until the sauce almost boils away.
