Tofu with sauerkraut

    

Vegetarian Szeged goulash with tofu. Serve classically: with steamed dumplings.

1. 

onion 3.5 oz (100 g)  sunflower oil 2 tbsp (30 ml)

Peel onion, chop it finely and fry in oil.

2. 

white tofu 9.5 oz (270 g)

Cut the tofu into larger cubes.

3. 

ground black pepper 0.5 tsp

Add tofu to the onion, season and fry for 8 minutes.

ground red paprika 1 tbsp

Remove the pot from the heat, mix in the pepper ...

sauerkraut- finely chopped cabbage (fermented) 1.1 lb (500 g)

... and finely sliced, drained, partially washed, sauerkraut.

6. 

water 1.3 cup (300 ml)

Mix lightly, add water and cook for 20-25 minutes.

7. 

yoghurt natural 14 oz (400 g)  corn starch 0.25 oz (10 g)

Mix cornstarch in yogurt.

Add yogurt to sauerkraut, mix ...
