pickled green pepper1tbsp1tablespoon

Recipe

1. 

broccoli 1.1 lb (500 g)  salt

Cook the broccoli, which has been disassembled in florets, in steam until almost soft. Salt.

2. 

garlic 2 cloves  olive oil 2 tbsp  dried chili pepper 1 pc

Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices. Clean the chili pepper, remove the seeds and cut it into small pieces. Warm up the oil in a pan, fry garlic with chili pepper.

3. 

pickled green pepper 1 tbsp  capers 1 tsp

Add broccoli, fry lightly. Add green pepper and capers to the pan.

4. 

Emmental cheese 2 oz (60 g)  Tilsit cheese 1 oz (30 g)

Meanwhile, grate both cheeses and mix with the breadcrumbs. Sprinkle broccoli in a baking dish with this mixture.

5. 

Bake until the cheese has melted and the surface is golden brown and crunchy.
