Vegan, fried, cabbage "meatballs" not only in Indian cuisine popular. Serve with rice, potatoes, sauces or salads.

1. 

white cabbage 1.8 lb (800 g)  salt 1 tsp  ground caraway 0.5 tsp

Grate the cabbage, season with salt, caraway and stir. Let it rest for about half an hour.

2. 

Strain the water from the cabbage, that it has released and squeeze it out with your hands.

3. 

chickpea flour fine 5 oz (140 g)

Add flour, stir...

4. 

... and create medium, tougher balls.

5. 

rapeseed oil

Fry the balls in oil.
