Recipe

1. 

onion 7 oz (200 g)  pork lard 1 tbsp

Peel and cut the onion and fry it in fat.

2. 

green peper 7 oz (200 g)

Wash the pepper, clean, cut into strips and add to the onion. Simmer briefly.

potatoes 8.75 oz (250 g)  salt 1.5 tsp  goulash pepper 1 tsp  ground black pepper 0.5 tsp  ground red paprika 1 tsp  ground red hot paprika 0.25 tsp

Add water and cook for an hour.

sterilized tomatoes 7 oz (200 g)  garlic 5 cloves

Finally, add the tomatoes with the sauce, mix and boil. Add cleaned, pressed cloves of garlic to the goulash. Salt.
