Recipe

1. 

onion

Peel and cut the onion.

2. 

paprika 12.25 oz (350 g)

Wash the peppers, clean and cut them into noodles.

3. 

garlic 1 oz (30 g)

Clean the garlic cloves and cut them into slices.

4. 

potatoes 1.1 lb (500 g)

Peel the potatoes, keep one whole and cut the rest into cubes.

beef meat

Wash the meat and cut it into cubes.

6. 

pork lard 4.5 oz (125 g)

Put fat in the pot, let it warm up, add onion and fry, stirring from time to time (for about 30 minutes).

The onion must be soft to mushy.

Add meat.

salt 4 tsp

Salt and stir until all pieces of meat change their colour (15 minutes).

... and add paste and mustard.

While stirring as needed, cook under the cover until the meat is softened (about 3 hours).
