water3.25tbsp50milliliters

1. 

beef meat 1.5 lb (700 g)

Wash the beef meat and cut it into smaller pieces.

2. 

carrots 7 oz (200 g)

Clean the carrots, wash it and cut into rings.

3. 

tomatoes 10.5 oz (300 g)

Dip the tomatoes in hot water for a while, pour out the water and peel the tomatoes. Cut them.

4. 

sunflower oil 3.25 tbsp (50 ml)  onion 3.5 oz (100 g)

Peel onion, chop it finely and fry in oil.

5. 

garlic 1 clove

Add cleaned and grated garlic.

6. 

Add the meat and fry for a while.

7. 

ground red paprika 1 tsp  parsley  celery

Remove from the heat, add paprika, carrots (you can also add a parsley and celery cut into small cubes) and mix.

Add tomatoes to the meat with vegetables, ...

dry red wine ¾ cup (200 ml)  salt 1.5 tsp

...pour wine and add salt. Stir.

10. 

water 3.25 tbsp (50 ml)

Stew under cover, stirring occasionally for about 90 minutes (until the meat is soft). If necessary, you can add little water.

Light Mash Potato recipe

Serve with mashed potatoes.
