Beef curry

Beef goulash in Asian way. An excellent tip for cottage, if you are bored with the classic goulash. Curry comes from India, but it is already very popular in Japan, Thailand and the Western world.

... and add to the meat. Pour a little water as needed.

ground Roman caraway spice - jeera 4 tsp • ground coriander spice 4 tsp • spice turmeric 2 tsp • Garam masala spice 2 tsp
Sprinkle the meat with spices and mix well.

Stew covered for at least an hour.

Stew for another 30 minutes.

... and add to the pot.

white yogurt 2 tbsp • semi skimmed milk 1,5% 6.75 tbsp (100 ml) • sugar cane 1 tbsp • vinegar 1 tbsp
Stir in yogurt and milk. Season with salt, sugar and vinegar.

Cook the meat until soft.
