water 10 tbsp (150 ml) • dried mushrooms 0.25 oz (5 g)
ook a handful of mushrooms on a pan with water for 15 min. If you have your own dried mushrooms, it is your plus!

salt • ground white pepper • crème fraîche 2 tbsp
Lightly season with salt and pepper and add sour cream.

Heat and mix the smooth sauce with pieces of mushdrooms on a medium heat.
