Steak sauce with green pepper

1. 

unsalted butter 1.5 oz (40 g) • green pepper 1 tbsp

Fry butter with whole green pepper.

2. 

brandy 2 tbsp

Add the brandy and burn the alcohol.

3. 

crème fraîche 2 tbsp

Pour sour cream in and heat. If the sauce is too thick, thin it with milk.
