Recipe

1. 

turkey breast 1.3 lb (600 g)

Wash the meat and cut it into smaller cubes.

2. 

onion 3.5 oz (100 g)  rapeseed oil 4 tbsp

Peel an onion, chop finely and cook in oil.

3. 

salt 1.5 tsp  spice turmeric 0.5 tsp  ground ginger 0.25 tsp  ground red paprika 0.5 tsp  ground coriander spice  0.25 tsp  ground caraway 0.25 tsp  water 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)

Add meat to the onion. After a while add salt and spices, cover with water and simmer for 20 minutes.

4. 

yoghurt natural 7 oz (200 g)  whole milk 3.5% 2.5 cup (600 ml)  all-purpose flour / plain flour 1 oz (25 g)

Mix yogurt with milk and flour.

5. 

Pour the mixture to the meat and cook until thickened.

6. 

ramsons 3.5 oz (100 g)

Wash ramsons...

7. 

...and chop finely.

8. 

Add ramsons to meat...

9. 

...stir and warm up.

10.
