1. 

carrots 7 oz (200 g)  spring onion 2 pcs  potatoes 14 oz (400 g)  paprika 2 pcs

Trim carrot and spring onion, wash and cut into the slices. Peel and wash potatoes and cut into the rings. Prepare the pepper similarly.

2. 

turkey breast 1.1 lb (500 g)

Wash turkey breasts and cut each piece the way that one side stays uncut so bag is created. Place several slices of cut carrot and onion into the bag. Close the bag with one wood toothpick.

3. 

salt  chive

Place turkey bags into the bottom basket of a steamer, salt over the surface and sprinkle with chives.

4. 

Place prepared carrot and pepper into the second (middle) basket. Put potatoes into the top basket. Set steaming time for 40 minutes.
