ground black pepper0.5tsp½teaspoon
ground red paprika1tsp1teaspoon
mushrooms5.25oz150grams
onion2.75oz80grams
salt1.5tsp1.5teaspoon
sunflower oil3tbsp3tablespoon
turkey breast1.3lb600grams
water6.75tbsp100milliliters

 

Recipe

1. 

turkey breast 1.3 lb (600 g)

Wash the turkey meat and cut it into cubes.

2. 

onion 2.75 oz (80 g)  sunflower oil 3 tbsp

Peel an onion, chop finely and cook in oil.

3. 

celery 8.75 oz (250 g)

Clean celery, wash, grate ...

salt 1.5 tsp  ground black pepper 0.5 tsp  ground red paprika 1 tsp

... and add to the onion. Add salt and spices.

Stir and fry for a while.

Add meat...

... water at the same level as the ingredients. Stew for 20 minutes under cover. Stir from time to time.

mushrooms 5.25 oz (150 g)

Add cleaned, washed and sliced mushrooms in the pan. Simmer everything together for 10 minutes.

9. 

corn starch 1 tsp  water 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)

Finally, thicken with cornstarch or a teaspoon of flour mixed in a little water. Cook. Serve with rice.
