Gulash from stewed turkey breast with tasty sweet cream, suitable for dumplings, but also for pasta or rice. It is a classic food.

1. 

rapeseed oil 3 tbsp

Peel an onion, chop finely and cook in oil.

2. 

turkey breast 1.9 lb (850 g)  ground black pepper 0.25 tsp  ground red paprika 1 tsp  water 1.05 quart (1000 ml)

Cut the turkey into cubes and add to the onion. Stir from time to time. Season with ground pepper and red pepper. Add water and cook until soft for about 50 minutes.

3. 

whipping cream (30-33% fat) 1.1 cup (250 ml)  all-purpose flour / plain flour 1 tbsp  salt 0.75 tsp

Mix the flour in the cream until smooth and add it to the cooked meat, stirring constantly. Bring to boil and put apart from cooker. Season with salt.
