Wash and cut the beef. Put in a bowl, add oil, spices and garlic. Stir and store in the refrigerator for 24 hours to marinate.
Cut the marinated meat into slices.
Clean the onion and pepper. Chop the onion finely, cut the pepper into thin strips.

Fry the onion briefly in oil and add the peppers.
Add the meat and fry briefly.
water ¾ cup (200 ml)
Pour water and simmer covered for about 60 minutes. If the meat is hard, simmer until soft (add a little water as needed). Uncover and let the excess water to evaporate for a while.
Fry potatoe pancakes according to the above mentioned recipe and serve with meat and tartar sauce.
