Favorite potato pancakes, this time with tasty marinated beef with paprika.

1. 

beef meat 12.25 oz (350 g)  olive oil  ground black pepper 1 tsp  ground garlic 1 tsp

Wash and cut the beef. Put in a bowl, add oil, spices and garlic. Stir and store in the refrigerator for 24 hours to marinate.

2. 

Cut the marinated meat into slices.

3. 

onion 10.5 oz (300 g)  paprika 5.25 oz (150 g)

Clean the onion and pepper. Chop the onion finely, cut the pepper into thin strips.

olive oil 2 tbsp

Fry the onion briefly in oil and add the peppers.

ground red paprika 0.5 tsp  ground coriander spice  0.25 tsp

Add spices.

Add the meat and fry briefly.

water ¾ cup (200 ml)

Pour water and simmer covered for about 60 minutes. If the meat is hard, simmer until soft (add a little water as needed). Uncover and let the excess water to evaporate for a while.
