1. 

oyster mushroom 1.1 lb (500 g)  olive oil 1 tbsp  salt  sweet cream for cooking 10 tbsp (150 ml)

Cut mashrooms into smaller pieces, put it in a pot withoil. Fry gently, add salt. Oyster mashrooms releases its own juice and simmer it. Pour it with cream. If the sauce is too thin, thicken it with smooth flour.

2. 

olive oil 2 tbsp  salmon filet 10.5 oz (300 g)  salt  ground black pepper

Heat the oil in a pan and put small salmon steaks . Season with salt and pepper. Fry salmon, turn it to the other side and fry. If the oil is sputtering, cover the pan.

3. 

olive oil 1 tbsp  fresh spinach leaves 1.8 lb (800 g)

Fry garlic in a wok, add spinach leaves. Fry spinach with constant stirring.
